<High-Precision Cleaning with Ultra-Pure Water>
One of Techno Clean’s key strengths is its use of ultra-pure water refined from underground water sourced 170 meters below the Southern Alps.
Through high-performance filtration systems, water with resistivity levels up to 17 MΩ is produced.

This ultra-pure water removes microscopic particles that ordinary water cannot eliminate, ensuring reliability in industries with the strictest standards, including semiconductors and pharmaceuticals.

<Barrier Washing System to Prevent Recontamination>
Techno Clean employs barrier-type washing machines with a “dirty-side in, clean-side out” system to prevent recontamination.
By maintaining a strictly controlled one-way flow, the risk of foreign particle intrusion is minimized.

Additionally, operations are conducted in a Class 100 cleanroom environment, combined with HEPA-filter-equipped dryers to maintain consistent quality.

<Innovative Drying Process>
Special attention is given to the drying process, particularly for cleanroom shoes.
A proprietary static drying chamber uses low temperatures and high airflow, preventing product damage while reducing drying time from 90 minutes to 60 minutes.
This approach achieves both efficiency and quality.

<Inspection and Packaging>
After cleaning, products undergo inspections for hair and foreign particles, followed by finishing and folding processes.
Vacuum packaging is then applied to prevent secondary contamination during storage and transportation.

The entire process from washing and drying to inspection and packaging is openly disclosed, earning strong trust from customers through transparency.
