1. Melting and ductile iron treatment system for heavy-duty products
In the ductile iron casting process, VINA ITO invests in a large-capacity Kitazawa induction furnace (3 tons / 2,400 kW) along with specialized magnesium treatment equipment from Toei Denka Kogyo to stably control FCD ductile iron material for products requiring high mechanical strength and significant impact resistance.

2. Alkaline sand mold casting technology for large-sized products
For thick, heavy-structured and large-sized products, VINA ITO applies Japanese-standard alkaline self-hardening sand mold casting technology.

The company also invests in sand reclamation, sand processing, heat treatment systems, and heavy-duty overhead crane systems to support the production of components weighing from hundreds of kilograms to several tons.

This comprehensive equipment investment helps ensure mold stability and limit deformation for large ductile iron products.

3. Large-sized CNC machining system for heavy industrial components
Besides ductile iron casting capabilities, a crucial factor for heavy-duty components is the ability to perform large-sized post-casting CNC machining.

VINA ITO owns several high-capacity CNC machining centers from Japan, such as DMG MORI NHX8000, Niigata HN100D-II, OKUMA, NIDEC….

Notably, horizontal machining centers like DMG MORI NHX8000 and Niigata HN100D-II are designed with large-capacity pallets and worktables, suitable for machining large-sized and thick, heavy-structured ductile iron components for the mining and construction machinery industries.

The ability to machine multiple faces in a single setup also helps ensure accuracy and concentricity for heavy-duty components.

VINA ITO currently owns a factory with an area of approximately 30,097 m² and a production capacity of up to 800 tons/month, allowing for the integrated implementation of processes from ductile iron casting, heat treatment, quality inspection, to CNC machining within the same factory system.
