■ Product Overview
The Automatic Centrifugal Separator CF Series is a device that utilizes centrifugal force to separate substances with different specific gravities. It is designed to recover sludge (such as glass and ceramics) from processing liquids (including water-soluble coolant fluids).

This series offers various models that support sludge discharge operations in manual, semi-automatic, and fully automatic modes.

■ Automatic Centrifugal Separator CF Series
The CF Series automatically separates materials with different specific gravities using centrifugal force. It is widely used in factories to recover sludge (e.g., glass, ceramics) from processing fluids such as cutting oil.

The automatic type performs sludge discharge operations automatically, reducing manual labor.

Key features include:
- Filter-less design, minimizing running costs
- Processing flow rate: approximately 50–200 L/min
- Available models: 60 type, 100 type, and 150 type
- Equipped with standard safety devices

In addition to standalone centrifugal separators, we also provide complete systems including coolant tanks and secondary filtration units.

We also offer a centralized filtration and circulation system, which enables integrated management of wastewater and sludge treatment from multiple machining units at a single location.

■ Operating Principle
Processing liquid discharged from machining equipment (both water-based and oil-based) is fed into a micro-separator.

Inside the separator, strong centrifugal force—approximately 500 to 1,500 times gravity—is continuously applied to the contaminated liquid. This force compels fine particles suspended in the liquid to settle.

The clarified liquid is continuously discharged as clean supernatant, while the separated particles are pressed against the inner wall of the rotating body. These particles are then dewatered and deoiled, and finally discharged as solid sludge.
