This is a press die called “Compound Blanking（CP）,” which simultaneously punches out the outer diameter of the product and the holes within its shape.

By punching the outer diameter and the internal holes at the same time, high positional accuracy between them can be maintained. In addition, because the material is clamped and punched from both upper and lower directions, the flatness of the product is also improved.
