As a manufacturer specializing in metal stamping, we have supplied parts to various industries such as automobile parts, bicycle parts, and various consumer parts. Utilizing the many years of know-how that we have designed and manufactured molds in-house since our establishment in 1948, we can produce from development, trial production to mass production. In recent years, in order to respond to further cost reduction and rationalization, we have challenged new construction methods and processing areas such as progressive cold forging by high-rigidity press and 3D molding by servo press as a method conversion from machining and casting.
In addition, we acquired ISO9002 in 2005 and will strive daily to improve quality and customer satisfaction.
Plate forging from coil
(1) The construction method was changed from the one-shot 4-process forging process to progressive processing (plate forging) from the coil.
(2) QDC is greatly improved by progressive processing (plate forging).
Molding protrusions that are longer than the material thickness

Plate forging with upper and lower flanges

Drilling small holes by pressing
(1) SPHC t6.0 Hole diameter φ1.0
(2) Conventionally, drilling with a press is "t = φ", but when a hole of t or less is required, machining is performed, but the minimum machining limit is exceeded by devising a mold.
(3) For example, if a small hole machining process is included in the progressive machining process, machining becomes unnecessary.
Precision shearing of gear shape
(1) SPHC t6.5
(2) Machined teeth are processed by pressing. We have achieved Mountains and valleys R0.2 without shear droop and Rz1.35 surface roughness.
Precision shearing of Kovar material
(1) Kovar t1.0
