Miyuki is a company that designs and manufactures molds for plastic molding in Takaoka City, Toyama Prefecture. We have a track record in unscrewing of foods, pharmaceuticals, medical equipment, cosmetics, others (motors, racks, etc.), large number of molds using hot runners for round products, and molds for engineering plastics and super engineering plastics with complicated mechanisms such as automotive and semiconductors.
We manufacture molds with particular attention to processing accuracy that lead to shorten the construction period of T0 to the beginning of mass production (reduce the number of TRYs). We are highly rated for our high durability, cycle-up, and trouble-free during mass production molding. In addition, we can handle mold prototype production of 50 to 450 tons to prototype TRY, so even for distant customers, it is possible to order molded products only without frequent mold traffic.
