As spring manufacturers based in Hamamatsu City, Shizuoka Prefecture, we have conducted business with 450 companies nationwide and 50 overseas since our establishment in 1966. We supply goods to a diverse range of clients, including the automotive industry, the electrical and electronic industry, the medical and welfare industry, robot manufacturers, mechanical device manufacturers, and the construction and civil engineering industries.

Compression, tension, and torsion springs are among the springs we produce. We also produce wire-processed goods and thin leaf springs. A wire's diameter can be treated in increments of 20 microns up to 12 millimeters.

Special springs come in a variety of forms, such as Inconel heat-resistant springs, constant force springs, lengthy coils used to protect pipes, chutes, water pipes, etc.

Recently, we have been focusing on the industry of medical equipment and participated in exhibitions in both Japan and overseas. Products that are produced repeatedly on a regular basis make up around 40% of production volume, while spot products make up about 60% of our total product volume (products that are manufactured on a case-by-case basis). We want to be the quickest factory in the world for spot small-lot items.

We produce standard springs, known as Stock Springs, which are distributed across the country by our affiliated company, Samini Co., Ltd. We also produce custom springs that are made to order based on the designs and specifications of the customer.

We accept orders starting at 1 piece for over 5,000 different types of springs.
Customers that utilize modest amounts will find this technique to be very convenient because orders submitted before 5:00 pm will be sent the same day.

Along with improving quality, we also actively try to protect the environment throughout the order, production, shipment, and sales processes. By implementing our own IT system and working hard every day to increase customer satisfaction, we hope to develop into a spring manufacturing services sector.
