This product is manufactured using A5052 aluminum alloy with a sheet thickness of 1.0 mm.

Flatness tolerance standard: within 0.25 +0 / −0.25
Parallelism tolerance standard: within 0.3 +0 / −0.3
Due to its tendency to deform, this product requires extremely tight dimensional tolerances.

⁂ Dimensional and geometric accuracy are ensured through in-process and final inspections using coordinate measuring machines (CMMs) and non-contact laser measuring devices, guaranteeing product functionality and reliability.
