Matte (soft tone) plating is now can be handled by barrel plating.

Conventionally, soft-tone plating could only be done with a rack plating. Rack plating enables high-quality plating, but since it is necessary to set each item on the jig manually, there is a limit to cost reduction.

Recently we developed a barrel type soft tone plating. With barrel plating, it is not necessary to set each item on a jig, and depend on the device summary processing is possible so we can reduce the cost.
It is suitable for small products in large numbers.
