We have various electroless nickel plating.
Electroless plating does not electrically deposit metal ions on the product, instead it is a plating that deposits metal ions on the product by a chemical reaction, and has the property of making the plating film thickness uniform. For dispersion plating, we also offer lubrication plating (PTFE) that contains Teflon.

□ The inner surface plating are not attached in box shaped electroplating.
□ The inner surface plating are not attached in tube shaped electroplating.
□ To keep the solder wettability.
□ To increase the surface hardness of electroless nickel.
□ To keep the lubricity, abrasion resistance, and water resistance.

Needs for functional plating other than these conditions are increasing.

■ Electroless nickel plating has no electrical fluctuation, so the plating is deposited evenly.
■ There is no electrical factor, so inside and outside surface are plated equally
■ Electroless nickel phosphorus is divided into low, medium, and high phosphorus. Low phosphorus keeps the solder wettability.
■ We can also handle heat treatment, so please contact us from plating treatment to heat treatment.
■ Lubricating plating (PTFE) is also available. We also have black lubricant coating.

Using these functional platings, we can also perform decorative plating. It is possible to perform beautiful decorative plating even on materials with rough surface such as molding, casting, and forging.
