We are a plastic and press die maker with expertise in ultra precise and microfabrication.
By combining our latest equipment operating 24 hours a day with our skilled techniques, we perform precision mold components processing with ultra fast delivery and have a complete system for mold building. We have achieved monthly production of precision mold parts of 7,000 units, or 300 a day, for a wide range of press die and mold die fields such as light electrical and home electrical appliances, the automotive industry, communications and the camera industry.
That's how we offer monthly production of 15 precision mold models, from prototypes to mass production models.
Special Characteristic 1: We handle such quick delivery that you won't notice that we're located in Hokkaido. From our Yokohama office we can serve Kanagawa, Tokyo (Kanto), Aichi, Osaka and all of Japan.
Special Characteristic 2: With our high speed cutting machining center, we perform rough cutting and plate machining. We also do plate machining, as well as microfabrication with die sinking electrical discharge machines.
