Processing machine: Electrode production Makino V22 (machining center)/ Makino V33 machining center/ Charmilles electric discharge machining.

This is a product with a thin and deep groove shape.
The groove width is 0.9 mm and the groove depth is 15 mm.
We made the mold at our Malaysia factory.
The resin is PP. The rib shape was processed by machining and electric discharge machine.
If the finished surface is rough, problems will occur during mold release, so we carefully polished and finished the surface.

We manufacture Made in Malaysia parts with the same quality as Japan products.
Cost reduction is possible by manufacturing in Malaysia.
