We are one of the few metal wire processing manufacturers in Japan.
Using the NC multi-spot welder, we can freely manufacture Ф3-6 wires such as aluminum, steel, stainless steel, etc. with the WH dimension and pitch dimension desired by the customers.
In addition, we can perform bending without the need for a mold using the NC wire bender (Compatible with Φ3-6)
We can manufacture small-diameter objects such as crimps and plain weaves, bends of Φ12, and spots. Surface treatments such as painting, plating, coating, and electrolytic polishing are also possible.
