NKE offers a wide variety of air chuck series for gripping parts, enabling solutions for all kinds of part-handling applications. We provide parallel type, lever type, and special types such as Ball Claw type, 180 degree Opening type.

Tray Changer made by NKE helps to reduce labor work, easy to assemble and do maintenance work. The width and length of conveyors can be adjusted according to needs, and we also provide lead wirer as well as terminal block.
We can provide 3 types of Tray Changer: Up and down type, Horizontal type, and Linear type. Reach out for more details!
NKE conveyors are precision conveyors that can be incorporated into equipment. By attaching various devices such as sensors, stoppers, escapes, and guides to the conveyor frame, you can easily construct a more highly functional conveyor line. Conveyor length can be specified in 1mm increments, and peripheral equipment such as frames necessary for constructing a conveyor line is also available, making it easy to design the line.

The "Uniline" wiring-saving device is a unit designed to reduce wiring in control systems using a variety of controllers such as PLCs, PCs, and SBCs.
Traditionally, extensive wiring was required from controllers like PLCs to each terminal unit. With Uniline, this can be replaced by a single two-core cable (a separate power supply is required).
NKE's Uniline wiring-saving system allows for a wiring setup with minimal restrictions, offering high flexibility, excellent noise resistance, and superior maintainability—enabling the construction of high-quality control systems.

Renra-kun is a smart monitoring system that connects directly to devices via sensors to ensure optimal environmental control. It detects abnormalities in temperature, humidity, fluctuations, and even door open/close status in real time. This is an air chuck application product ideal for gripping multiple PET bottles or glass bottles arranged side by side. Thanks to its slim body, it is easy to use in parallel configurations, and compared to suction or balloon-type chucks, it offers a firmer grip. This prevents bottles from wobbling and coming into contact with each other during handling.
It also solves a common problem with conventional chucks—scraping the bottle surface and causing inkjet-printed lot numbers to become smudged or unreadable.
The gripping attachment part can be custom-made in the optimal shape according to the specific bottle being used.
