We specialize in blow-molded plastic mini-containers and container-related injection mold products, cosmetics containers and pharmaceutical containers. In particular, we have confident in direct blow molding of mini tube containers (13.15.18.22.25 pi). We installed inkjet printer with the latest style of plastic container to produce from 1 line.
We handle small lot production. In case of mass printing, we handle from 3000 lines.
We enhanced secondary processing machines such as hot stamp transfer and also secondary processing of containers.
Our feature is speciality in blow products, injection products, printing, hot stamping, printing transfer and ultrasonic welding.
Although it is basically mass-produced with general-purpose resin, we have a system that can fully support trial production and small-lot production.
We directly print The Hokuriku Shinkansen on iPhone cover.
With our inkjet printer, we accept order from 1 item.
We can do direct printing on round molded products manufactured by our company using special inkjet printer.
As long as you have the data, we can print without the plate (start from 1 line).
