The photo shows a machine frame made of iron square pipe 75 □ x 4.5t material.
The left side is the bottom, that comes with a plate where casters and adjust bolts can be attached.
Previously when we have no pipe laser, the tap hole with attachable outside cover was made after making dummy cage cover and the welding process finished, then did the tap hole transfer processing from that cover. Otherwise, the hole pitch accuracy would be incorrect and the cover holes would not fit.
Currently, we are processing holes and taps with a single square pipe.
Since the hole pitches are mostly match, it leads to shortening of delivery time."
