"This is an example of a ""washing machine tank"" using SUS material processed by 3D pipe laser and welding.

The tank is made of stainless steel. Angles, channels, square pipes, etc. were deployed by 3D CAD and cut with a 3D pipe laser. The SUS plate was also deployed from sheet metal 3D CAD and the plate was processed with a 2D laser.

It seems good for reducing the cost of single processing since it is possible to check the interference part with 3D CAD before welding and to consider how to make it efficient before it becomes a product."
