When it comes to stainless steel tapping, there are problems such as the material being hard, sticky, or the tap breaking when manually tapped.
We also perform tap processing using 3D pipe laser processing machine. In this case, there is almost no tap breaking problem occur since the tap is processed vertically.
The prepared hole before tapping is also machined with a 3D pipe laser machine. Since it is not drilled, the core will not shift.

If the accuracy demand is not really strict, we also do a processing method that does not burden the tapping by enlarging the pilot hole by 0.1 mm."
