Direct plating with Secondary Electrolysis to Aluminum
“Direct plating with secondary electrolysis to aluminum” process, which we have developed, is better than ordinary “zincate” plating method in such ways: “adherence” and “heat-resisting property.”
◆Principle
・Create an anodic oxide film around aluminum and other alloys, and then deposit film pore (few billion/1C㎡), steel and/or other metals, by applying secondary electrolysis.
・Because secondary electrolysis deposition looks similar to black anodized aluminum but better light resistance, it can be used as environmentally friendly black anodized aluminum.
・Recycle metals deposit while applying secondary electrolysis as an anchor to do different types of plating.
Above 3 points are the most important points. Because of such reasons, it became possible and easy to plate aluminum alloys (ADC-12).

・High heat-resistance. Passed heat cycle test over 1000 times.
・Due to anchor effect from metals, adhesion have improved.
・Alternative treatment for black anodized aluminum.
・Environmentally friendly, no toxic metal or toxic chemical, and easy to effluent.
