◆Characteristics
We have established a process to plate PZT (lead zirconate titanate). This enables to add diverse characteristics: solder property, adhesive property, and adherence. Also, it can be applied to assemble products, which require PZT property.

◆Adherence
Electroless Ni plate filming on PZT: １μｍ
　⇒　peeling test with tape: did not peel off.
