◆Characteristics
Because molybdenum has high heat conductivity, it is widely used in semiconductors and heat sinks.
It is impossible to use molybdenum by itself; however, applying nickel plating to it, it becomes useable material with possibility to add solder-ability.
We have managed to establish a pretreatment for plating to increase adherence.
