PR message
We provide gears from around module 1.0 to around module 8.0 through consistent production. Based on the experience of receiving guidance from customers in various industries, we perform integrated production from prototype production, meshing quality improvement to mass production processing.
We also use in-house equipment for carburizing, quenching and gas nitrocarburizing to produce gears with short lead times and improve quenching strain appropriately.
By utilizing the latest tooth surface grinding machines, we also handle mass production of high-quality gears of former JIS 0-2 grades. If you have difficulties with meshing noise or vibration, we can suggest improvements based on our accumulated experience.
