We perform integrated production of various parallel shaft gears from prototype to mass production. We perform material procurement, gear cutting, heat treatment such as carburizing quenching in-house. We provide high precision gears by various finishing methods, including tooth surface grinding.
In response to customer requests, we perform hobbing, shaving, and tooth surface grinding finishing, proposing gears for various applications from former JIS classes 0 to 6.
In addition, we can handle prototype processing of the smallest unit to mass production processing of up to 10,000 units per month. We produce gears for automobile transmissions, engines, and speed reducers for various industrial uses.
