By performing horizontal production for each process, we provide small-lot, high-mix processing. We also handle prototypes with method close to mass production processing as much as possible.
Based on our experience so far, we can also propose the quietness and ease of production of prototype gears. We perform carburizing, quenching and gas nitrocarburizing, which may be problematic in prototyping in house, and possible to present the results of material inspection.
