We perform carburizing and quenching and gas nitrocarburizing in-house. We have 4 carburizing and quenching furnaces and 1 gas nitrocarburizing furnace by DOWA Thermotech.
By in-house processing at each facility, we can shorten the lead time and achieve optimal control of quenching strain quality.
We also handle hard shot peening to improve tooth surface strength. Achieved accuracy is compressive stress ≤ 1,050 MPa.
