We grind the tooth surface in high accuracy using Reishauer generating gear grinder. We handle mass production of high-precision gears of former JIS 0 to 1. In addition, we also handle polish finish that mirror-finishes the tooth surface, which is said to be effective in improving durability and reducing noise and vibration.
