Conventional technologies/differences from other companies
We have shaving machine that enables arbitrary tooth profiles and tooth trace shapes that cannot be obtained with hobbing machine. Gear precision: we can produce gears with the former grades 3 to 5 (after carburizing and quenching) at low cost. It compatible to any special tooth profile with downward tooth tip.
In addition, we propose tooth shape that pursue quietness based on our experience so far.
