Opuco is a specialized maker of resin molding to produce automotive parts and other containers such as tanks for residential and industrial use with our original blow molding technique.
We have four tables of 3-D blow molding equipment, and of course perform direct blow molding. We can take orders that include molds, jig manufacturing and arrangements for structural parts, from testing to mass production.

Direct blow molding
Suitable for simple products using single resins, with bilaterally symmetrical objects such as tanks and bottles.

3-D blow molding
Our techniques are suitable for products with complex shapes such as hoses and pipes.
We can handle highly warped three-dimensional shapes.
Opuco's Blowing Techniques: 3
3-D multilayer molding
Opuco has the most expert techniques, combining 3-D and multilayer blowing.
We can make resin product molds in complex shapes all at once combining hard and flexible materials.
(For example, we can make a hose with a bellows by using a thermoplastic elastomer with rubber elasticity in the bellows or checkpoint with the PP resin in the central portion.)
We can also make complete molds of structures assembled with traditional rubber products and hard resin.
We've significantly broadened the functionality and uses for blown molds!
