"Saltec has been manufacturing precision mold parts and molds for plastic injection molding since 1989 in Inakadate Village, Aomori Prefecture. Molds are from 3D design to built-in Try, and precision parts have 3D shapes. Our strong point is direct engraving on three-dimensional shapes and fine discharge processing. Both are available with high accuracy and short delivery time.
In addition, the engraving process inherited from the parent company, which has been in business for 100 years, is a basic technology that receives orders from all over Japan and makes reservations constantly.
The feature is fine characters that can be processed by only a few companies in Japan. The minimum character height of the engraving part is 0.2 mm, and the tip of the in-house tool is φ0.03. We measure and guarantee the accuracy of the characters.
There is demand for connector mold parts that are mainly used in electronic devices such as smartphones."
