When engraving characters by electric discharge machining, the characters are engraved on the electrodes and the characters are transferred to the workpiece by electric discharge machining.
Saltec handles electrode engraving for character discharge based on materials such as copper, copper tungsten, and silver tungsten (Cu, CuW, AgW).

Precise and complicated electrode engraving (electrode engraving) is Saltec's specialty.
The minimum character specifications are 0.2 mm in height, 0.02 mm in line width, 0.02 mm in depth, and 0.02 mm in character spacing, and both convex and concave characters can be engraved. We mainly produce small quantities of about 100 pieces from a single item, but we can also handle more engravings, so please contact us first.
