Manufacturing Process
We've successfully formed Φ0.2 mm tungsten wire (originally black) into two distinct coil shapes:
●Close-coiled (fully compressed)
●Fine-pitch coiled

Material Treatment
The surface condition of the material is crucial for spring forming. For these springs, we've applied a special treatment to the tungsten material, removing the surface film before the forming process. This treatment has resulted in springs with a beautiful silver color, quite different from the typical black appearance of tungsten.

Design Variations
We've produced two variations of these springs:
●Close-coiled Springs:
These springs have adjacent coils touching each other when the spring is uncompressed.
●Fine-pitch Coiled Springs:
These springs have a small gap between adjacent coils. Due to their design, they exhibit a slight bend under their own weight, allowing for softer, more flexible movement.

The fine-pitch design offers a delicate balance between strength and flexibility, making these springs suitable for applications requiring precise, gentle force.

Our tungsten compression coil springs combine the heat-resistant properties of tungsten with innovative forming techniques, opening up new possibilities for spring applications in high-temperature environments.
