〇Main technology
We handle everything from simple mold to prototype sheet metal production.
Hayano Kenko began by performing prototype processing using hydraulic presses and hand punching then expanding into the sheet metal processing.
We currently employ ZAS/steel basic molds for prototype processing to mass manufacturing, mostly for the automotive field.

We also process products for various industries such as automotive, construction machinery, and vehicle parts.
We handle variety of processing in-house, including 3D CAD, machining, hydraulic press processing, and 3D laser processing, also mold/ZAS mold concept, design, production, and prototype production from 3D data.
