This is a small quantity mass-production with 2 pieces lot. We processed the S45C log from lathe processing, machining processing, until polishing. To yield high precision, a lot of time to process is needed, but since we have a strength of integrated production, we could process it well. The machining accuracy is 0.01 mm for parallelism, 0.01 mm for concentricity, 0.01 for hole position accuracy, and 0.01 for surface position accuracy.
