This is a small quantity mass-production with 8 pieces lot.
We used 5-axis machining center for machining the dovetail groove and keyway groove.

After machining the dovetail groove and keyway groove, we did 6-sides polishing using surface grinding machine. As machine tool frictional parts, it has machining accuracy of squareness and parallelism 0.02.
