This is a small mass-production of 10 units.
The processing process is machining → surface polishing → surface treatment. The surface is electroless nickel plated at our subcontract factory.

This is a product with intense excavate and 6 mm thick bottom. In order to ensure parallelism and flatness, it was necessary to process to minimal distortion. The finishing surface polishing process firmly meets the drawing requirements for flatness of 0.05 and parallelism of 0.02. The surface treatment is electroless nickel plating that was finished beautifully by our subcontract factory.
We succesfully made good product with no flaw as customer request.
