● Mold casting
Instead of using a general commercial casting machine suitable for mass production, we use our own made casting machine to cast in a style that incorporates our own know-how. This makes it possible to handle high-quality aluminum castings with no mold cavity, no distortion, and no fluctuation in a wide variety of small lots. In addition, we offer quick delivery date.

● V process casting (vacuum molding)
By this process, a very beautiful cast surface and even finer shapes can be obtained. Compared with general sand casting, it is possible to make a thin-walled casting with better dimensional accuracy and less draft. It is an environmentally friendly casting method.

● Mold design and mold manufacturing
We design and manufacture casting dies for our own use. Formulate the optimum casting bill by casting simulation and implement quick delivery and low cost. We also make design proposals to our customers.
● Heat treatment
We have the latest heat treatment equipment in-house. We have confident in quality assurance and lead time.
We establish heat treatment conditions that balance productivity and mechanical properties, and guarantee strength and reliability that meet customer requests.
● Machining
We have two gate-type machining centers and process relatively large aluminum castings (600 to 1800 mm).
In addition, we can provide finished products to customers by cooperate with many partner companies (processing manufacturers).
● Quality assurance
We installed a high-precision emission spectrophotometric analyzer (Europe made). In addition to RoHS compliant, we have built a complete quality assurance system.
