This is a single item of sulfur burning nozzle with outer diameter tolerance of ± 0.01. We gained a stable accuracy by devising screw processing.
Until now, M18P1.5 was machined with NC lathe and M56P1.5 with general-purpose lathe, but with some devise (processing that requires technology), we can machined it with NC lathe only. The processing is now possible with adding just one more process. The appearance is beautiful, and the accuracy is improved by one level!
This is a product that use the "technology" that we have been refined so far.
The total length is 37 mm with an outer diameter of Φ76.3 (± 0.01).
