Locked crimp woven metal net is a type of metal weaving technique. Before the wires are being woven, small indents (depth equals 1/2 of the wire diameter) are applied to the points where the wires are supposed to cross each other. This product is mainly used to separate coarse particles. It also can separate particles that are 4mm～100mm in size. As the product is made to have a smoother surface when weaving wires, the chances of friction occurring during product usage are less. Also when compared to crimp weaving, it is more durable and, as a result of its characteristics, it is more suitable for vibration separation.
