We have one-stop support and an integrated production system.
■ Molds
We provide a reliable processing technology that meets the micron order.
The machining accuracy of mold parts is ± 0.5μ micron on intense level.
We manufacture a large number of mold parts, and some molds have more than 2,000 items.
We create ultra-precision molds by finishing individual mold parts to micron dimensions. Maintenance is easy and high utilization rate is obtained.
Molds made up of ultra-precision mold parts have a long life and have a long life.
It requires little time and cost for partial maintenance and is easy to standardize.
We will continue to pursue and strive for processing technology every day to provide ultra-precision molds and precision parts.
Regarding the mold manufacturing capacity, it may vary depending on the difficulty level and the number of pieces to be taken, but we can handle about 30 to 40 types /month.
■ Molding
We have a complete line that can stably produce and supply about 300 to 350 million injection molded products (currently) in Japan and overseas.
We have 5t to 100t injection molding machines (about 300 in Japan and overseas, including the group).
We support a wide range of molded product sizes, from fine and precision products with a product weight of 0.00006 g to hand palm sizes.
Even though it is a plastic molded product, we have reached the precision of micron level.
As production bases, we have two bases in Japan (Ishikawa and Kyoto), two bases in China (Dalian and Dongguan), one base in the Philippines, and one base in Thailand (group company), that cover Japan, East Asia, and Southeast Asia. We provide a stable supply of molded products to the customer's desired location.
All domestic and overseas factories has certification of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
IATF16949 is scheduled to be acquired in early 2023.
