Since the sudden passing of the company founder, I have seen it as my duty to drive the ""monozukuri"" (manufacturing) of this small town factory, which was starting to fail, to the next level which led me to proclaiming that we would ""aim to become a unique and irreplaceable business in the industry"" 16 years ago.
I believe that even a failing and unknown small town factory can achieve its goals if all of its employees work towards those goals together as one and based our actions on that belief. Different from the recent era of high growth, the current era is not one in which any product made can easily be sold. Customers have become more discerning, concentrating not only on price, but on seeking only necessary products in only necessary quantities. We will continue to produce products which suit our customers quality requirements for even single piece orders, put our energies into development of products we believe will be necessary in the future, and improve our communication skills in order to be even better able to meet the needs of our customers. I hope to continue to show the world the ""pride of a small town factory's manufacturing"".
