Bellows can be cast with a thin-walled plate thickness of 0.1 mm, 0.15 mm, 0.17 mm, 0.2 mm, 0.25 mm, and 0.3 with from 1 to 4 layers.

Bellows can be cast with inner and outer diameters at dimensions suited to customer requirements in 1 mm units with no additional die costs.

SUS316L is used as a standard material but we can also cast orders in hastelloy, inconel, nickel, monel and other materials for orders of a single piece or more.
