At Nakata Co., Ltd, we perform cutting on aluminum precision parts in Yao, Osaka Prefecture.
We undertake bulk aluminum processing even in small-scale production for products like semiconductor manufacturing equipment, LCD manufacturing equipment, medical devices, industrial robots, and all other kinds of automated devisces.
At our microfabrication department, we also actively strive to develop new techniques for ultra-fine microfabrication of various materials such as ceramics, titanium, resins and stainless steel. Our motto is "Challenging frontiers in ultra-fine and ultra microfabrication."
Aluminum Precision Parts Machining Techniques
We can perform a wide array of processing techniques such as large plate machining of up to 650 mm wide and 1,700 mm long, as well as warp removal, mirror finishing and microfabrication by processing with super high-speed spinning.
And as for complex products requiring multiple jigs, our specialized engineers can respond to your demands for strict precision.
Quality Control
We use a temperature-controlled room kept at 20 degrees Celcius (plus/minus 0.5 degrees) in order to accurately measure strict dimensional tolerance. With our three-dimensional coordinate measuring machine, we can measure holes and flatness with a precision of 0.001 mm using a 0.4 mm-diameter gauge head. We also put efforts into quality and environmental management based on the ISO 9001 and 14001 standards.
