We have developed a machine for repeated pouching, pasting, and/or multi-layer processing thin amorphous sheet, magnetic sheet, hard and brittle materials and dissipation sheet that can be operated through online.
Pouching and pasting can be done at a speed of 1.5 Sec/shot (max) and preciseness of ±0. 1mm (MIN).
This product is used as cell phones and smart phones’ main LCD panel stabilizing tape and dust-proof cushion. It is also used to pouch and paste dissipation sheets.

By design and process an unit specific for a product, we have achieved a shorter lead time.

Combining and integrated production with other machineries, laminates and pressers, provide short lead time for complex multi-layer processed product and mass production.
