Our company, Koowa-Tec Co., Ltd., is a combination of two specialized factories in which number one factory manufacture to order plastic parts for a variety of industrial machinery by NC machining center and NC combined lathe. We have confidence in manufacturing small and medium lot of plastic star wheels, plastic ex-guides, plastic conveyance rollers, plastic guides, and plastic carriers etc. requiring jigs to be used. Also, we have achieved to join and assemble plastics and metals together. To answer material requests, we have followings in the stock: commodity plastics, PTFE, engineer plastics, super engineer plastics, and other highly functional plastic materials.
Number two factory specializes in manufacturing oversize plastic main frames (ex. Semiconductor washer tank), draft chambers, scrubber, vacuum desiccators, and original brand energy saving products. In addition, utilizing accumulated knowledge and hands-on techniques of resin joining, bending, and welding, we have been manufacturing a variety of plastic products: plastic chemical tanks, plastic cabinets, plastic covers, plastic jig sets, plastic welding jigs etc.
