Since our company was established, we have contributed to industrial development in the fields of manufacturing and processing of all sorts of precision parts. We have around 70 machines including NC automatic boards, machining centers and NC lathes. All our employees endeavor to build a production system as a convenient factory working in 24-hour shifts 360 days a year so that we can flexibly respond to everything from mass production to small-lot processing.

●Same Day Estimate, Small-Lot Orders, and Short Lead Time
Recently, in order to meet customer needs, we launched a 24-hour service plant offering support 360 days a year for small lot, short lead time and urgent order requests.

●Will Answer Mass-Production Machining Parts
With our 130 equipments and 3 shifts alternating over 24-hour periods, we have achieved to maximize mobility of machines resulted in reduction of cost for mass-production. When comparing the total price (gathering materials from Chinese plant + importing fee + quality guarantee fee + lead time guarantee fee) to our price, it is better and safer decision to conclude that procurement domestically.

●Will Take an Order That Is a Small Lot with Diverse Verity.
We can handle a lot order with machine devices and machining parts for automatic machine. About machine processed parts required for machine devices, we can manufacture a variety of shapes and sizes from quenching and/or welding to polishing and/or plating. It is reasonable to place your order at once, rather then, placing each order individually.
We will respond to short lead time with our equipments’ mobility and alternative shifts.


●We will offer process solution after we have heard your budget and/or limit.
For orders which have restrictions due to customer’s budget or limit price, please notify beforehand. We will offer those customers alternative process solutions so that orders will fall under the limit.

●About materials handled in our processing
At present, materials we often handle in-house are S45C, SS400, stainless steel, 304, 303, 316, 316L, 630 and 310.
Also: aluminum, 5056, 5052, 6063, 6061, 2017, 2011, 7075, special steel, SK3, SK4, SKD11, SKD61,SCM415, 435, SNCM220H, SUJ2, NAK55, NAK80, titanium, Hastelloy, brass, copper, gunmetal and resins.

●Estimate Requests: We offer free same-day estimates.
Enter the number of units, materials, desired delivery, etc. and send it to us via email or fax to request an estimate, and let us know if you have a desired budget. We can answer in as quickly as an hour, or within 3 days according to the quantity and manufacturing processes.

●Quality Assurance System
We have six staff members in our quality assurance section using the latest inspection tools, such as three-dimensional measurements, contour measurements, image measurements, roughness measurements, microscopes, and projectors, and issue inspection guarantee data based on our ISO 9001 achievements.
