Message from the President
Since the foundation of our firm in 1957 with a slogan, customer satisfactions and giving pleasure to our customers as number one priority, we have been producing precision and micro molding of plastic products.
Our company uses continuous production line system: from designing/creating mental mold, trial/error, polishing, to creating automatic machineries. By having such system, we achieved the ability to answer various customers’ needs and demands with reliability and promptness. However, because market’s demands change with rapid pace, we try not to be satisfied with current QCD (quality, cost, and delivery), but rather, keep “scrap and build” mentality as basic company principle and never forget to keep challenging.
In addition to above ideology, our company has been working on establishing completely automated plants by systemizing metal manufacturing process into one, to our new plant which founded in 2001. Since 2002, we split our company into Hakkai Creates Co., Ltd and Atex Co., Ltd to focus on having better and higher satisfaction QCD. Also in 2004, we established HAKKAI PRECISION THAILAND as a milestone to become world-wide supplier in a field of precision plastic parts.
On other hand, our company has been working on proposition, coexistence of environment and business; because we feel a strong responsibility as a company to protect environment. To become a leading company in a field of precision plastic parts, we, as in Hakkai Creates Co., Ltd workers, will unite and work as a whole to achieve the goal.

Quality Certifications
We attempt to establish a pipeline which supports each other to prosper by using every single resource we can use and focus on how to increase and maintain higher customer satisfactions. To achieve, we work on creating reliable system that can provide and meet customers’ QCD and perform periodical review on QCD.
Above quality standard principle must be well-known throughout the company and each team must establish a quality standard guideline which follows quality standard principle. If it is necessary, team must repeatedly re-review and fix any defects until it is fine piece of art.
Each individual workers must execute their works with mentality of ultimate goal is to achieve finest quality of all.
Quality standard guideline must be reviewed at every management review to maintain it’s apt.

We, as in Hakkai Creats Co., Ltd and Atex Co., Ltd, we understand and aware of coexistence of business and environment as one of most important topic. Our company has been continuously working on environmental protection by uniting and working as a whole.
We attempt to reduce environmental damage by organizing and operating environmental protection management system that is suitable for preventing and have continues protection effect from environmental damage.
We keep strictly to our words with any law related to environmental laws and also customers’ demands.
We will consider energy reduction that requires energy during transporting outside supplies to pour plants and during manufactory process.
We promote recycling and reduction on industrial waste, such as waste plastic materials.
We promote all workers under Hakkai Creates Co., Ltd and Eitech Co., Ltd to have better knowledge and understanding towards environmental protection.

| The company began producing parts for audio device. |

| The company began injection molding and entered field of engineering plastic. |

| The company moved to Yamotomachi, Nigata and renamed its name to Hakkai Plastic Manufacturers. |

| The company entered a field of super precision electronic parts. |

| “Hakkai Molding” branch was founded. |

| A new plant was built: Hakkai Resinate and Forming. |
