[Case of weld strength measures]

This sample is "Optical Pickup Bobbin" of DVD pickup.

It is a parts of the pick-up unit of the optical disc drive, and composed of the installation parts of the objective lens and the hold parts of the focus coil.

There was a problem with the weld strength at first, but we measured the change of the weld position and the increase in strength by using the mold flow analyses.

We can make our responses speedy and appropriate, because it is possible to check in advance with flow analysis the effects of the improvement method.
