Spraying is a technique to improve a surface by using various heat sources to melt metal, ceramic, cermet, etc. and eject it, thus forming a functional film on the surface of the base material.
* Plasma spraying: A plasma jet is formed by passing a current through inactive gas and a powdered spraying material is put into this to create a film. <Main Applications:> plungers, pump sleeves, yarn-cutting rolls, synthetic fiber rolls, valve housings, capstans, magnetic heads, insulation material, conveyor pulleys, electrode holders and more.
We perform high-speed flame spraying.
Surface roughness of 0.3 s can be obtained by polishing vertically with very hard and accurate WC (tungsten carbide) sprayed film.
Used paper making, iron making, crystals, printing and various industries.
* Arc spraying: In this film forming process, an arc discharge is created between two metal wires and they are fused with this electrical energy. Then it is atomized with compressed air and sprayed onto the base material. <Main Applications:> all kinds of monuments, rolls, cylinders, bearings, piston rams, bearing metals, current-carrying components and more.
* Anti-corrosion spraying (H8300): Film his both corrosion-resistant and has electrochemically corrosive properties on base material. Sprayed materials are zinc, aluminum, zinc-aluminum alloys and aluminum-magnesium alloys. <Main Applications:> iron and steel structures, maritime structures, all kinds of internal tank surfaces, bridges, water pipe bridges, road information signs, all types of distribution boards, etc.
