This is a welded joint made of extruded aluminum and a thick aluminum plate.

(Process)
・Correct distortion and torsion of the extrusion mold material.
・Cutting the extrusion mold, cutting the plate, and perform bending.
・Because the parts are too large to be fixed with a jig, screws are utilized to hold each part in place.
・TIG welding is conducted after all operations, although the processes are separated to prevent product distortion.
