We specialize in the manufacture and sale of fluororesin fabricated products (PTFE, PCTFE), engineering plastics (PEEK, Vespel, MC nylon, POM, etc.), rubber O-rings, molded products, metal gaskets and gland packing. We have sales offices in Tokyo, Osaka, Kobe and Sasebo, and plants in Kobe City, Hyogo prefecture (fluororesin fabricated products, rubber molding processing, gland packing manufacture) and Sasebo City, Nagasaki prefecture (laser processing, canning, sheet metal processing, metal gasket manufacturing).
◆Fluororesins◆
We manufacture fluororesins at our own manufacturing plants using raw materials supplied by Daikin Industries Ltd., Asahi Glass Co., Ltd. and Du Pont-Mitsui Fluorochemicals Co., Ltd.
Compared to other types of resins, fluororesins have particularly good heat resistance (260° in normal use) and chemical resistance (excluding fluorine gas, chlorine trifluoride and molten alkaline metals), exhibit high electric insulation (lowest among most insulators), have lower friction compared to all other items, and do not adhere to any type of adhesive. They are also available as PTFE mixed with filling materials such as glass fibers, carbon fibers, bronze and molybdenum.
We can also produce 1000L size long molds and Φ1000 large diameter products. Our production methods use materials that are as close as possible to the final product in order to reduce manufacturing losses.
Furthermore, our unique molding methods ensure there are no joints in the finished product, which means the possibility of cracks and leaks are vastly reduced. These manufacturing methods are mainly employed in the manufacture of cleaning equipment used in electrical component and semiconductor manufacturing.
Our manufacturing processes enable the use of metallic inserts in our PTFE molding, and our processing methods bring out the full characteristics of the PTFE while also strengthening the product itself.
We can also procure raw materials for and process engineering plastics such as Vespel, PEEK, MC nylon, POM and UHMW under the same temperature management systems as used for Fluororesins.
◆Rubber Products◆
Because we perform total processing of materials such as resin and metal in addition to rubber, we have a wide range of complex technology to provide properties that are not possible with rubber.
We make products such as seat gaskets, rollers and diaphragms from a wide range of materials including NBR, chloroprene, FKM, silicone rubber and EPDM, using a wide variety of molds and production processes. Whether you need a few items or mass production, we’re the people to call.
We also produce a wide range of O-rings, from those that meet standards such as JIS and ANSI to products with non-standard dimensions.
◆Gland Packing◆
“Gland packing” is a general term for packing that is inserted in a stuffing box and used to apply tension by compressing the gland. We have a wide variety of materials to suit your usage conditions, including aramid fibers, carbon fibers, carbide fibers, Teflon fibers, cotton grease and nylon.
◆Spiral Gaskets, Metal Gaskets and Metal Jacketed Gaskets◆
We produce a wide range of gaskets including metal jacketed gaskets and spiral gaskets.
Our products include spiral gaskets, metal jacketed gaskets, metal O-rings, copper seals, shims and liners.
